Delicious Recipe – Chicken Sate with Punsu Sauce

Chicken sate with punsu sauce is the ultimate unique dinner for your special family dinner or very important date. Very easily done and tastes like a charm is this fabulous dish which will make you want more.

Ingredients

·                                 4   chicken breast halves (skinless, boneless)

·                                 1/4  cup  brown sugar

·                                 1/4  cup  of sake

·                                 1/4  cup of rice vinegar

·                                 1/4  cup of  lime juice (fresh is a bonus)

·                                 2  teaspoons of  soy sauce

·                                 1  teaspoon of  sesame oil

·                                 1/4  teaspoon of crushed red pepper

·                                 1  garlic clove

·                                 Cooking spray

Preparation:

First of all you prepare the grill to be ready for use.
You take the chicken breasts and cut each one into 4 strips. Then you put together the sugar and the other ingredients (with out the cooking spray) in a small bowl and stir until the sugar dissolves. Combine half of the sake mixture plus all of the chicken into a big bowl and let is stand for 10 minutes.
After that is done, you drain the chicken and thread one chicken strip on to each of the 16 skewers. Then you put the chicken on the girl coated with the cooking spray and grill for 2 minutes on each side.
