Diet Chart for Weight Reduction!

In this article you can find the exact quantity of food and number of meals per day for weight reduction.

    9:00 AM 

    1 tb sp of honey and 1 tb sp lemon juice in 1 glass of warm water.

    9:30 AM (Breakfast)

    1 slice of bran bread+ 1 boiled egg+ 1 cup of tea made with skimmed milk

    11:00 AM

    1 cup of green tea + 3 almonds

    12:30 PM

    1 cup of skimmed milk (200 ml)

    2:00 PM (LUNCH)

    1 piece of roasted chicken (1/4th part of whole chicken) + 1 plate Salad (1 carrot + 1 cucumber + few olives       in vineigerette sauce)

    4:00 PM

    1 cup green tea + 3 almonds

    6: 00 PM

    Any 1 normal sized fruit (avoid mango and banana)

    8:00 PM (DINNER)

    1 piece of roasted chicken (1/4th part of whole chicken) + 1 plate Salad (1 carrot + 1 cucumber + few olives       in vineigerette sauce) /// chicken piece can be replaced by roasted fish or Roasted meat

    9: 30 PM 

    1 cup of green tea

    11: 00 pm

    1 cup of skimmed milk

    ( The above diet plan if strictly followed for 1 month along with walk or exercise for half an hour can help reduce about 4-5 pounds wt)
