Filipino Fried Chicken

Wow Filipino Fried Chicken.

Ingredients:

1 medium sized chicken

3 tbsp. soy sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 tbsp. calamansi juice

1/4 cup tomato catsup

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking oil for frying

PROCEDURE:

1. Clean chicken and cut into large pieces of quarters as desired.

2. Mix the rest of the ingredients except cooking oil. Marinate chicken pieces in this mixture for about 2 hours or more.

3.Drain chicken pieces and fry in hot oil untel golden brown. If desired, dredge with flour first or roll in powdered biscocho before frying.
