Fried Chicken: Philadelphia Style
How to make some tasty fried chicken.
1 get one whole container of cooking vegtable oil. (Crisco what ever you prefer)
2 Start your fire on low
3 Cooking flour (Put it into a open container fill it up shallow)
4 Get a container wide enough Shallow container ( Get 4eggs open them and use the egg whites)
5 Roll your chicken through the flour after rolling them through the egg whites;
6 sit them in the hot cooking grease (OIL) always use tonges for not getting burned.
(seasonings: Chicken Season By: Lawry’s, Salt & Pepper, Onion Powder, Seasoning Salt)
Not to much you can season a little more after frying, for 10 minutes on each side.. If your using thighs cook for 8 mins each side.
Chicken legs can sometime be a little thick, but now you have the idea of fried chicken thats finger lickin.
Thanks

Phil make sure you mix the egg batter good you can season that batter and then roll the chicken into the flour after that remove it from the flour and put your chicken in the frying pan with veg oil, make your you have enough oil and it has to be hot, i always wet my hands and put a drop of water to see if it starts popping once the oil is hot the chicken should be frying away. Fry for about 5 minutes each side, if the oil is thin but if not then deep frying is another option. Sometimes can make a chicken taste greasy.
