		<description>Phil make sure you mix the egg batter good you can season that batter and then roll the chicken into the flour after that remove it from the flour and put your chicken in the frying pan with veg oil, make your you have enough oil and it has to be hot, i always wet my hands and put a drop of water to see if it starts popping once the oil is hot the chicken should be frying away. Fry for about 5 minutes each side, if the oil is thin but if not then deep frying is another option. Sometimes can make a chicken taste greasy.</description>
