Fried PAN Chicken

Chicken is always good meal.Fried chicken is amazing,tasty and crispy.

                    

                             FRIED PAN CHICKEN
         INGREDIENTS:

                    Flour(maida) 1 cup,                    1/2 tsp black pepper crushed,                    salt to taste,                    skinless boneless chicken breasts 5 pieces,                    butter ,                    veg oil for frying,                    1 egg,                    1 cup bread crumbs.
           METHOD:
                  Take a bowl and mix the flour,pepper powder,                  salt to taste.                  Coat chicken with this mixture, deep the                   chicken in beaten eggs and coat again with                  bread crambs.                  Heat oil aand butter in a pan and deep fry                  chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side both                  side should be golden brown.
                  Serve hot with tomato sauce.
