Fried Rice with Chicken

Fried rice with chicken: The traditional combination.

Ingredients:

    * Boiled rice – 750 g
    * Vegetable oil – 3 teaspoons of
    * Chicken breast – 250 g
    * Chopped garlic – 1 tbsp. spoon
    * Onion – 1 pc.
    * Egg – 2 pcs.
    * Tomato – 1 pc.
    * Soy sauce – 2 tbsp. spoon
    * Sugar – 1 tsp

Preparation:

1. Chicken breast slices into cubes.

2. Heat the oil in a saucepan with a thick bottom, put the chicken and garlic and fry them, stirring, for 1 minute.

3. Add onion, in a minute – eggs, mix thoroughly, then put it in a pot rice, tomato, cut into 8 parts, soy sauce and sugar.

4. All the stir and after 2 minutes Serve on a table.
