Great Stuffed Chicken Casserole
Typo error on step four should be 1/2cup instead 12 cup.
Ingredients
- 3 nice size boneless skinless chicken breast
- chicken flavored Stovetop stuffing mix
- 2 cans Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can of Campbell’s cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- bread crumbs
- cheddar cheese
Method
- Slice chicken breast with fillet knife in halves then pound flat with tenderizing mallet
- 1 cup water in sauce pan boil then mix Stovetop Stuffing mix in pan
- Place soft stuffing mix on top of chicken breast then roll them closed sandwiching the stuffing mix
- Mix uncooked macaroni with cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and 1/2 cup of water
- Place some on bottom then chicken breast then some on top of the chicken
- Bake in oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 250 degrees F
- Put shredded cheddar cheese on top then a thin bed of bread crumbs
- Bake again at 350 degrees F. for 15 minutes.
