Great Stuffed Chicken Casserole

Typo error on step four should be 1/2cup instead 12 cup.

Ingredients

  • 3 nice size boneless skinless chicken breast
  • chicken flavored Stovetop stuffing mix
  • 2 cans Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can of Campbell’s cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • bread crumbs
  • cheddar cheese

Method

  1. Slice chicken breast with fillet knife in halves then pound flat with tenderizing mallet
  2. 1 cup water in sauce pan boil then mix Stovetop Stuffing mix in pan
  3. Place soft stuffing mix on top of chicken breast then roll them closed sandwiching the stuffing mix
  4. Mix uncooked macaroni with cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and 1/2 cup of water
  5. Place some on bottom then chicken breast then some on top of the chicken
  6. Bake in oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 250 degrees F
  7. Put shredded cheddar cheese on top then a thin bed of bread crumbs
  8. Bake again at 350 degrees F. for 15 minutes.
  9. Enjoy

    12 cups of water in step 4? Surely that’s a typo?
