Hainanese Chicken Rice

A dish of Chinese origin which become famous in Singapore.
Ingredient:
1 chicken
Garlic
Ginger
Onion
Pandan leaf – tied into knot
Uncook rice
Seasoning – salt, pepper, sesame oil
Method:
1. Pick out chicken fat from the chicken
2. Put chicken fat, chopped garlic, ginger & onion into a wok with a little oil. Fry until fragrant is out
3. Take out all the ingredient (except oil) in step 2
4. Put in uncook rice & pandan leaf. Add in seasoning & stir fry until the rice absorb the fragrant
5. Cook the rice in rice cooker with stock water
6. Boil the chicken in hot water then dip it in cold water
7. Serve the chicken with the rice
