Honey Mustard Chicken Two

This is a slight variation of my other honey mustard chicken recipe. I discovered it accidentally when I was out of my "regular" ingredients.

  • You will need:
  • 1 pound package of chicken tenderloin strips
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoons curry powder
  • 3 tablespoons prepared Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 4 tablespoons peach preserves

Spray baking dish with non-stick spray.  Season chicken pieces with dry ingredients and place in dish.  Mix mustad, honey and preserves and pour over all. Cover dish and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
