I hope you enjoy!

Glaze

1 (12 oz) jar apple jelly

1 tsp ginger

1/2 tsp garlic powder

2 Tbsp soy sauce

2 Tbsp honey mustard

Chicken:4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

1. Heat grill. I small saucepan, combine all glaze ingredients; mix well. Bring to boil over medium heat. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.

2. When ready to grill, lightly brush glaze on one side of each chicken breast half. Place chicken, glaze side down on gas grill over medium heat. Lightly brush glaze over chicken; cook 5-8 minutes.

3. Turrn chicken; cook an additional 5-8 minutes or until fork tender and juices run clear. If they aren’t like this, PLEASE cook it longer, food poisioning is serious. Bring any remaining glaze to a boil; serve with chicken.
