How to Cook Arroz Caldo

Snack Time Dish.

The Ingredients:

2 tbsp cooking oil

3 pcs head/gloves of garlic (finely sliced)

1 pc small onion (finely sliced)

1 pc small ginger (sliced thinly)

1 kl chicken meat (small cuts)

1 cup of sticky rice

5 cups water

young onion (sliced)

fried sliced garlic

Steps/Directions:

1. Pre heat pan and put cooking oil. Saute onion, garlic and ginger.

2. Add chicken meat and seasoned it according to taste.

3. Add the sticky rice and pour te water. Let it boil until the rice is cooked and the chicken meat is tendered.

4. Serve with young onion slices and fried garlic on top. That’s Eat!
