Chicken wellington is an entree served in a puff pastry shell
When the person opens their puff pastry they are greeted by the superb chicken that is seasoned with the just right amount of seasoning and whatever seasoning you like (we used paprika, yummy)
The chicken is then covered with mushrooms doused with butter and both these and a nest of rice which it tops goes onto a piece of puff pastry.

How to make the chicken breast in a pan and fry in butterabout 4 minutes on each side and make sure your chicken is internally 170F
ON a 7 inch pastry circle, put on rice chicken and mushrooms on the top of it. Dampen edges with water, lift up edges and squeeze it closed to keep the filling in.
The chicken wellington should be baked seam side down on baking sheets.
Before putting it in oven brush q=with slightly beaten egg yolk. Bake it for 35 minutes at 400F Make sure chicken is cooked thoroughly as we don’t want a visit by Mr. Salmonella.
