How To Make Chicken Burgers

If you want to know and learn how to make your chicken burgers, try the recipe below.  Homemade chicken burgers do not contain msg (or monosodium glutamate) and are much healthier than the frozen ones bought in supermarkets. Enjoy this chicken burger recipe with the whole family!

Ingredients for the Chicken Burgers:

 

1 cup finely chopped chicken meat

½ cup finely chopped onion

1 egg, beaten

½ small can evaporated milk

Salt and pepper

Method to Make The Chicken Burgers:

 

1.      In a bowl, combine all the ingredients: chicken, onion, beaten egg and milk.

2.      Season with salt and pepper.

3.      Form mixture into patties. (Use a measuring cup to make even sizes).

4.      Pan fry or grill the chicken burgers until golden brown.

5.      Serve the chicken burger on a hamburger bun with lettuce and tomatoes.

6.      Enjoy!
