Indian Quail Curry
Quail cooked the Indian way. It sounds good and also taste great.
Ingredients
- 6 quails
- 400 gms of onions, chopped
- 400 gms of tomato
- 100gms ginger garlic paste
- 100 ml oil
- 150 gms of jeera
- 100 gms of coriander powder
- 50 gms of coriander springs
- 30 gms of red chili powder
- 50 ml curd salt to taste
Method
- Marinate the quails in salt , half of the ginner garlic paste, coriander powder and red chili powder for 30 minutes
- Heat oil in a pan and add jeera and chopped onion, fry it till it gets brown.
- Add ginner garlic paste, fry till its raw smell gets off
- Add the spices and fry it till the fat comes on top .
- Add curd and cook till it binds with the curry well
- Now add marinated quails and cook on medium flame
- Serve hot and check after seasoning.
