Japanese Chicken Wings

My favorite recipe for chicken wings.

Japanese chicken wings recipe.

Ingredients:

-3 pounds chicken wings

-1 egg, beaten

-1 cup flour

-1 cup butter

Sauce:

-3 Tbsp soy sauce

-3 Tbsp water

-1 cup white sugar

-1/2 cup vinegar

-1 tsp salt

Directions:

Cut tips off wings, then cut wings in half. Dip into slightly-beaten egg and then into flour. Fry in butter until brown and crisp. Put into shallow roasting pan and pour sauce over wings. Bake at 350 F for half an hour. Spoon sauce over wings during cooking. Enjoy your Japanese chicken wings.

Serves: 5-10

    nice rcp, but i use more chili :)
