Jeera Chicken Tikka Masala

A healthy and tasty way to cook Jeera Chicken.

Ingredients

  • Boneless skinned and diced chicken – 1 lb/1/2kg
  • olive oil/oil – 1 tbs
  • Jeera (cumin seeds) in packet (A)
  • special spice mix in packet ( B)

Preparation

Heat the 0il in a pan.Empty packet A (jeera) in the heated oil till jeera crackles.Now add the diced chicken and stir well.Turn the heat low.Cook the chicken for 20 minutes or till done.Stir the contents at intervals.About 2 minutes before turning the heat off add the Packet B (special Mix)and stir well.

Serve with salad and a slice of lemon.
