Judge My Dinner #4
Judge my dinner! You’ll be coming back for another one. Yes! It’s nameless until you help me find a name.
Excitement will fill your table when presenting this to your family. Your meal will tell people you are creative and know what type of foods to make to define your mood.
Ingredients
- Olive oil
- Chicken breasts
- Dressing from a box
- 2 fresh peaches
- Agave Nectar natural sweetener.
- Tomato sauce
- 1 or 2 tomatoes
- 1 small Zucchini
- ¼ of an onion
- 1 small can of mushroom.
- 1/4 bag of Italian shredded cheese, and ¼ bag of shredded Colby Jack cheese.
- Pepper, seasoning blends mix of choice.
- Flour
- Pepper, season blend mix
- 1 box of stuffing mix. You may want to add a little of your peach nectar sauce to the stuffing. This will add moisture and flavoring to your stuffing box mix.
Let’s create and taste.
Method
Skin your desired amount of chicken. Cut into each piece of chicken so it looks like it has a pocket. This is where the stuffing will go.
Bake chicken for around 1 hour. You may need more or less time depending on the size of the chicken.
Start preparing your stuffing. You can make homemade. This would be better. I just used a simple box version. It only takes five minutes to prepare. You can fix it before hand or make in five minutes before you need it.
While the chicken is baking start the pasta. Just boil your water and drop your desired amount of pasta in and then just add my seasonings of choice, or make up your own creative blends. This maybe my recipe but it’s all about your final presentation.
Add the tomato sauce and stir it well. Add onions, zucchini, diced tomatoes, and seasonings until the pasta is done. You’ll want to start your zucchini about 15 minutes before dinner is served.
It’s about time for the added touches to be added to the chicken. Check the chicken to make sure it’s done. Now open your slits you have made and put your dressing into the pockets. While this is baking prepare the peach glaze.
Take your fresh peaches and slice them up into a regular sized bowl. Add desired amount of Agave Nectar. Heat them on the stove or for easier faster results just use the microwave. Heat this combination until the consistency of the peach is either like a glaze or keep it chunkier looking by heating it less.
At this time let’s start frying the zucchini. Just flour and season it. Place the desired amount of zucchini into a preheated fry pan with about 1/4 of a cup of olive oil. While the zucchini is frying go back and add the finishing touches to your chicken breast. Spoon the peach agave combination over the stuffed chicken thoroughly and let the chicken soak up the flavor of the fruit for about 5-10 minutes before serving.
Picture this!
Grape vineyard dishware and your meal perfectly placed on it. Place your beautifully stuffed chicken with peach sauce glaze on this beauty of a plate. Add the pasta to the side and zucchini on the side of that.
Mouth watering!
Sharing ideas is what made this meal special. Make your meal more special if possible. Invite your child to help you cook dinner with you. Invite as many helpers as desired.
My daughter did part of the cooking. She had ideas that added to the success of the meal. Make this cooking experience a sharing one if possible. Helping hands are useful for the making of this dinner. The best thing is many moments can be found within a dinner.
Drum roll please!

Anamika – Yes, that’s the name. It means the nameless one. Rose by any name smells as sweet. And your dish, prepared with love and care, would taste just as delicious…droolicious.
I’m a vegetarian too. I can still appreciate the work and love you’ve put in.
