Just Stuff It
Three great ideas for making stuffed chicken breasts.

Many people now a days are trying to eat healthier. That means that chicken, especially skinless chicken breasts have become a constant in our dietary life. For those of you who are looking at new ways to prepare those chicken breasts all I have to say is that you should go and stuff it.
Stuffed chicken breasts can provide a welcome relief from frying, or simply baking and add a bit of variety to you dinner menu. Here are three stuffed chicken breast ideas that are a big hit at my house.
Stuffed with stuffing
Makes four servings
- Four skinless, boneless chicken breast
- One box stuffing mix or make you own
- bread crumbs
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 or 3 sticks of celery
- 1 small carrot
- 1 small onion
- cooking oil
- 2 to three eggs
- milk
Method
- In a small sauce pan make stuffing mix if you are using a box mix and set it aside
- scramble eggs and set aside.
- In a small frying pan, pour in a small amount of cooking oil
- chop carrots, celery and onions and cook in oil until soft
- Mix into stuffing mix
- cut each chicken breast in the center length ways about
