KFC Fried Chicken Recipe (Closest in Taste)

published by cecil04 on May 1, 2011

This is not the actual KFC recipe but it’s the closest in taste.

Please make sure that you cook the chicken in a pressure fryer.

Ingredients

1 egg

2 cups of milk

2 teaspoons of black pepper

6 cups of Crisco cooking oil

2 cups of all purpose flour

1 ½ teaspoons of Accent Flavor Enhancer

3 ½ tablespoons of salt

12 pieces of frying chicken with skin (the number of pieces is up to you though)

Instructions

Pour oil into a pressure fryer and heat it to 400 degree.

Mix the milk and egg in a bowl.

Mix all the dry ingredients in a different bowl.

Dip the chicken pieces into the milk and egg mixture.

Then roll the moistened chicken in the dry ingredient mixture.

Drop a number of chicken pieces in the oil and lock the pressure fryer.

Let it cook for 10 minutes.

Once cooked, drain the chicken with paper towels.

Enjoy
