Less Than Thirty Minute Recipe for Tasty Curry Salad

Recipe For Curry Chik salad.
Ingredients
- 1-2 Pounds of grilled chicken strips, substitute tofu for vegetarians, (just as good.)
- Two chopped mildĀ peppers – one red, one green.
- Romaine lettuce – about 1/2 head chopped.
- Mayonnaise – about 3-4 tbs.
- Indian Curry Powder – less than 1/4 tsp. ( add a little more for flavor, if desired)
- Garlic, Chopped fresh or powdered – less than 1/2 tsp. (same rule as above)
Method
It is good to start with the chicken strips and then add the ingredients in the order as shown above. The great thing about this dish is that it is so easy, a person could whip this up for a party or family get together in under an hour! If you are a little daring and prefer variation, you will get a sweet and spicy taste if you go with chopped fresh fruit apples or grapes and almond slivers, chopped walnuts or pecans, instead of the peppers.
