Moroccan Salad in Orange

Moroccan salad in orange.

Ingredients:

 

150 g chicken breasts
1 orange
1 / 2 carrot
1 handful of roasted salted almonds
1 kiwi

For the dressing:
50 ml olive oil
50 ml lemon juice
10 g cinnamon (1 packet)

Method:

 

  • Baked chicken breasts on grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
    Allow to cool and cut lengthwise into thin strips.
  • Orange carving it and rank it cut into small pieces of kiwi, carrots – cut into strips, almonds, oranges inside the chicken and julienne.
  • All products dressing mix in bowl. Stir well and products in orange are flooded. When serving, if desired can be decorated with leaf parsley leaves and onion.
