Mustard Baked Chicken

A delicious meal.

Ingredients

  • 6 pieces of chicken thighs
  • 1 cup of Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preparation

Mix one cup of Dijon mustard,2 tablespoons of lemon juice,1 tablespoon of honey, and 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper in measuring cup. Second, place chicken thighs on non-stick baking sheet. Last, pour mixture over chicken evenly, and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
