Recipe on chicken wings made easy. Best for busy mothers and singles as well. Won’t take so much of your time…

My favorite Quick and Easy Pinoy Cooking

Chickie:  Quickie chicken wings

Ingredients:

2 to 3 tablespoon of oil

1 kilo chicken wings

¼ cup of soy sauce (light)

2 pieces of star anise (optional)

A little water

Procedure:

                Just place chicken in a pan.  Let it simmer for approximately 10 minutes, until the liquid have disappeared a little.  Then put the soy sauce, let it simmer; until the soy sauce is completely absorbed by the chicken.  Lastly put a little oil, not to let it too dry.

                Put a little spring onion on top and serve.  Best serve with rice.

Serves 4-5 person
