My Own Style of Wide Spread Grilled Chicken
Each of us or any chef has our own cooking technique and style, here I would like to share my Wide Spread Grilled Chicken.
Wide Spread Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:
- whole fresh chicken, cleaned & open to spread
- barbecue sauce of your choice, ketchup,
- soy sauce,
- salt, black pepper
- lemon, honey, garlic
- white soft colored softdinks of your choice,
- 2 medium tomato cut into quart
Procedure:clean the chicken thoroughly, massage the chicken with lemon, salt, and all purpose flour.
- Boil the chicken into the white softdrinks of your choice for five minutes, add some salt
- prepare the sauce, in a medium size mixing bowl, add ketchup, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, lemon, honey, black pepper, salt, crashed garlic, stir the sauce and taste it as per your desire,
- remove and drain the chicken from the boiling softdrinks and let it stand for few minutes
- when chicken is no longer wet, bath the chicken with the sauce to marine,
- marinate the chicken longer than a hour min. over night will be the best
- pre -heat the open at 250 degree’s Celsius
- put the chicken into your heated grilled,
- every ten minutes brush the chicken with remaining sauce, repeat the process until the chicken is well done,
- prepare the side dish as per your desire, my choice, while grilling the chicken at the late part, grill the quartered tomato,
- when your done, place the grilled tomato first on your serving dish as the bed of chicken, then top with grilled chicken, french fries, or baked potatoes, vegetables of your desire is also amazing,
lastly is to enjoy the meal
