Ostrich on The Grill
How to Prepare the barbecue Ostrich.
Ingredients:
· 500 grams of ostrich meat
· 2 cloves garlic
· 1 lemon
· 1 glass of red wine
· Cumin powder
· Peach jam
· Olive oil
· Salt

Hours earlier, mix olive oil with garlic cloves, a teaspoon of cumin, lemon juice, a glass of red wine and three tablespoons of apricot jam.
In this mix we leave the ostrich meat marinate 3 to 6 hours.
When cooking meat, we take the cut in cubes and make kebabs, then roast on a barbecue.
In marinated juice before we can make it in a saucepan over low heat until thickened and serve to accompany the meat.

Wow that is amazing, you know it looks just like chicken, maybe I can substitute chicken and try the recipe.
