Pineapple Chicken Slices

It is a dish good for digest system, blood circulation, and it can help to reduce weight.

Ingredients:

  • Pineapple: 150g
  • Chicken: 100g
  • Cucumber: 10g
  • Red Pepper: 1 medium
  • Peanut Oil: 20g
  • Sugar: 30g
  • Tomato Sauce: 30g
  • Vinegar: 10g
  • Salt: 5g
  • some wet flour powder

Instructions:

  1. Slice the chicken, pineapple, cucumber, and pepper.
  2. Slice the chicken, sprinkle some powder on it, then pickle it with cooking wine for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the oil into a pan on a medium fire.
  4. Put in the cucumber, red pepper, pineapple, sugar, tomato sauce, vinegar, and salt.
  5. Cook them into golden yellow.
  6. Add in the pickled chicken.
  7. Use the wet flour powder to make a thick soup, and stir it in.
  8. Cook for 2-3 minutes, and add in sesame oil.
  9. Ready for serve.
