Quick Chinese Stir Fry

This quick and easy meal can be made within 20 minutes.

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 4 – Chicken breasts cut into chunks
  • 1 – Bag Frozen Chinese Stir Fry Vegetables
  • 1 – Cup Oriental Salad Dressing
  • 2 – Tablespoons of vegetable oil (Sesame Seed Oil preferred)
  • 2 – Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • 1 – Tablespoon of Honey
  • 3 – Cups of Cooked White Rice

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in pan set on medium heat
  2. Add Chicken and cook until brown
  3. Add Dressing, Honey, and Soy Sauce
  4. Mix well then add Frozen Vegetables
  5. Continue to stir until Vegetables a cooked throughout
  6. To serve meal put one ½ cup of rice on each plate and top with Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry – Serves Six
