Quick Chinese Stir Fry
This quick and easy meal can be made within 20 minutes.
Serves 6
Ingredients:
- 4 – Chicken breasts cut into chunks
- 1 – Bag Frozen Chinese Stir Fry Vegetables
- 1 – Cup Oriental Salad Dressing
- 2 – Tablespoons of vegetable oil (Sesame Seed Oil preferred)
- 2 – Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
- 1 – Tablespoon of Honey
- 3 – Cups of Cooked White Rice
Directions:
- Heat oil in pan set on medium heat
- Add Chicken and cook until brown
- Add Dressing, Honey, and Soy Sauce
- Mix well then add Frozen Vegetables
- Continue to stir until Vegetables a cooked throughout
- To serve meal put one ½ cup of rice on each plate and top with Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry – Serves Six
