Quick Recipe for Russian Salad Minus Calorie

A recipe for Russian Salad without calorie.

What you need:

1. Diced skinned chicken breast.

2. 1 cup green peas.

3. 1 cup corn.

4. 1 cup finely chopped carrot.

5. 1 cup finely chopped beans.

6. 1 cup finely chopped capsicum.

7. 1 cup finely chopped onion.

8. Diced apple/pineapple

9. Salt, pepper, mayonnaise, yogurt.

Instruction:

    * Boil all the vegetables and the chicken till it becomes tender.

    * Whip the yogurt well, mix 3 tsp of mayonnaise to it.

    * Add all the boiled vegetables and chicken to the sauce.

    * Add the capsicum and onions also.

    * Add diced apple/pineapple to it.

    * Add salt and pepper to taste.

    * Mix all the ingredients well.

    * Refrigerate and serve chill.

That’s it! Your Russian Salad is ready!
