Quick Saucy Chicken Casserole

Quick and easy recipe for chicken casserole.

What you need:

3 cups cut up cooked chicken or turkey
2 cans 10 3/4 oz. each of condensed cream of chicken soup
1- 16oz. packages frozen mixed vegetables
1- tsp. poultry seasoning
1- tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tbsp. garlic salt
2- cups bisquick
1 1/2 cups milk

To prepare:

Heat oven to 450 degrees
Mix chicken, soup, veggies, poultry seasoning and garlic salt in an ungreased baking dish.
Stir baking mix and milk until blended.
Pour over chicken mixture.
Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
Bake 30 to 32 minutes or until crust is light golden brown.
