250 g chicken cut into pieces
3 tablespoons Shoyu (Japanese soy sauce)
100 g flour / panir
Oil for frying.
How to make:
- Marinate chicken pieces with shoyu.
- Let stand for 2 or 3 hours.
- Dressing the chicken with flour until blended.
- Fry in hot oil until cooked and dry lots.
- Remove and drain.
