Roasted Chicken Sandwich Filler
Seedless grapes, halved, 85g (3 oz) red onion, diced, three stalks celery, diced, one bunch fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips, 140g (5 oz) blanched flaked almonds, 170ml (6 fl oz) mayonnaise ,THIS SERVES six MEMBERS AND TAKES 10 MIN TO PREPARE.
This recipe is for roasted chicken sandwich filler with almonds, fresh basil and grapes. Serve it either over lettuce or on toasted baguette.
INGREDIENTS : 1 (200g) package roasted chicken breast fillets – skin removed, cubed, 175g (6 oz) seedless grapes, halved, 85g (3 oz) red onion, diced , 3 stalks celery, diced , 1 bunch fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips, 140g (5 oz) blanched flaked almonds , 170ml (6 fl oz) mayonnaise ,THIS SERVES 6 MEMBERS AND TAKES 10 MIN TO PREPARE .

PRPREEPARATION METHOD : In a large bowl, combine the chicken, grapes, red onion, celery, basil, almonds and mayonnaise. Mix well; serve chilled .
