Russian Chicken Dinner Ingredients:

1 (8 oz.) bottle of Russian Salad Dressing
1 (1 oz.) packet of dry onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) jar of apricot preserves
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

Cooking instructions:

Preheat your oven to 300* Degrees.
Combine the Russian dressing, soup mix and apricot preserves.  Mix this well.
Pour the mixture over the chicken in a sprayed 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.

Also remember, use your coupons to get some, or most of the above items at low costs.  Before each meal I go through my coupon stack and shop according to what I need.  This comes to a substantial savings to me and my family.  Grocery prices are going thru the roof, so every savings you can get will help you.
