Salsa Verde Taquitos

FAST, EASY, DELICIOUS.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken
  • 2/3 cup salsa verde
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo salsa
  • 2 tsp taco seasoning
  • 12 tortillas
  • 1-2 tsp oil

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
  2. Mix together chicken, salsa verde, pico de gallo, and taco seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Heat tortillas in the microwave until soft (about 30 seconds).
  4. Place equal amounts of the chicken mixture on one edge of each tortilla.
  5. Roll the tortillas, and secure each taquito with a toothpick in the middle.
  6. Place the rolled taquitos on a baking sheet lined with foil and brush the tops with oil.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, and remove the toothpicks.
