Salsa Verde Taquitos
FAST, EASY, DELICIOUS.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken
- 2/3 cup salsa verde
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo salsa
- 2 tsp taco seasoning
- 12 tortillas
- 1-2 tsp oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 425° F.
- Mix together chicken, salsa verde, pico de gallo, and taco seasoning in a bowl.
- Heat tortillas in the microwave until soft (about 30 seconds).
- Place equal amounts of the chicken mixture on one edge of each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas, and secure each taquito with a toothpick in the middle.
- Place the rolled taquitos on a baking sheet lined with foil and brush the tops with oil.
- Bake for 20 minutes, and remove the toothpicks.
