Seekh Kabab Masala

SEEKH KABAB MASALA RECIPE.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

1.       ½ kg of ready-made kebab (cut in 2” pieces)

2.        3 No. Chopped onions

3.       4 No. chopped  tomatoes

4.        1 Spoon garlic paste

5.        1 spoon Ginger  paste

6.        4 Tb spoon coloured vinegar

7.         ½ Tb spoon  red deg hi chilly 

8.        ½ Tb spoon mango powder  

9.        100 gm butter

10.     Some fresh onion rings

11.     2 Tb  spoon chopped green coriander

PREPARATION

1.       Heat butter in a pan, add chopped onion,  fry until they turn light brown, then add ginger and garlic paste, tomatoes, deg-hi chilly , mango powder  keep it on the slow flame for  4 minutes , now add  kebab. Stir  on low flame for 20 minutes. Now remove from fire and add vinegar and some mango powder  and garnish with green coriander and fresh onions and serve hot with tandoori  chapattis.
