Sesame Chicken Kabobs
Kabobs are fun to make, easy to serve and delicious to eat. I serve these kabobs with brown rice or rice pilaf, steamed vegetables and a tossed green salad. I usually triple the sauce recipe to have enough to pour over our rice and veggies. This recipe is a nice low-fat alternative and has healthy ingredients.

Mix together wine, chutney, olive oil and curry powder; set aside. Cut chicken breasts into cubes. Pour mixture over chicken and marinate for 3 to 5 hours. Place chicken on wooden skewers and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Grill or broil for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.

I usually put sesame seeds when preparing chicken, so this is just the way I like it!
