Spicy Chicken Recipe

Chicken Indian Style.

Ingredients-:

Take one full boiled chicken, two large ground onions, one teaspoon garlic paste, two green chillies finely chopped, two tablespoon vinegar, four table spoon tomato puree, one teaspoon coriander powder, one teaspoon herbs, half teaspoon turmeric, few curry leaves, one cup water, salt to taste, oil

Method-:

In a pan fry onions in four tablespoon oil with green chillies. Do not brown. Add garlic, turmeric, coriander, herbs and tomato puree. Fry for 3-4 minutes. Add vinegar, curry leaves and one cup of water. Add chicken pieces and salt. Simmer for around 20 minutes till the water dries up. Serve with hot breads.

Variation-: you can also used a roasted chicken instead of boiling it.

    Great recipe, what is it called, I have eatten at several Indian restaurant in NYC, and I recall eatting a meal that looks just like the photo, and taste like the ingredients you mentioned.
    Now I am hungry……….
