Spicy Cranberry Glazed Chicken

It just doesn’t get simpler than this recipe for spicy cranberry glazed chicken. The glaze makes a sticky, sweet, spicy, and tangy concoction that will make your taste buds sing. four lbs of chicken breast will yield around eight servings.

Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs of (bone in) chicken breast halves.
  • 16 oz can of whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 envelope of onion soup mix
  • 1 bottle of raspberry vinaigrette dressing
  • ¼ tsp of red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp of chopped parsley

Method:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine cranberry sauce, soup mix, dressing, and red pepper in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Pour glaze over chicken and bake 1 hour in a glass baking dish.
  • Garnish with parsley.
