Stuffed Chicken Breast Fillet

Ingredients
- 2 pcs. of chicken breast fillet
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon of finely chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup of grated cheddar cheese
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup of Japanese bread crumbs
Sauce Mixture
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons of chicken stock
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese,garlic and onions. Set aside.
- Make a slit at the center of the chicken breast fillet to make a pocket. Stuff it with the cheese mixture.
- Dredge the chicken to the slightly beaten egg and flour mixture.
- Fry in oil until cooked.
- Serve with the sauce mixture.
Method for the sauce:
- In a sauce pan, simply combine all the ingredients.
- In a low heat, bring to boil or until the sauce thickens.
