Stuffed Chicken Breast Fillet

Another simple and easy to prepare recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs. of chicken breast fillet
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup of grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup of Japanese bread crumbs

Sauce Mixture

  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of chicken stock
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese,garlic and onions. Set aside.
  2. Make a slit at the center of the chicken breast fillet to make a pocket. Stuff it with the cheese mixture.
  3. Dredge the chicken to the slightly beaten egg and flour mixture.
  4. Fry in oil until cooked.
  5. Serve with the sauce mixture.

Method for the sauce:

  1. In a sauce pan, simply combine all the ingredients.
  2. In a low heat, bring to boil or until the sauce thickens.
