Stuffed Mediterranean Style Chicken Breast

Easy and quick semi-Mediterranean chicken dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Lean Thin Chicken Breast
  • 6 oz. Feta Cheese (any kind…but i like crumbled)
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Oregano
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Paprika
  • A few sprigs of fresh dill (optional)

Bake Time

40-45 minutes

Gear

  • Baking Sheet
  • Aluminum Foil
  • Bowl
  • Spoon
  • Spatula
  • Oven

Method

First, mix all of the spices into the bowl. Then rub the spices onto a piece of chicken. Place the chicken onto two ribbon-like strips of foil on the baking sheet. Sprinkle Feta Cheese (and Dill) on the piece of chicken to cover it. Rub spices onto another piece of chicken and sandwich the Feta Cheese between the chicken. Tie the foil like ribbons around the chicken to keep it together in the oven. Repeat these steps till you run out of chicken, and then bake the chicken-feta sandwiches for 40-45 minutes on 335-340 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove from oven and serve.
