Super Bowl Sesame Chicken Bites

Hosting a super bowl party? You will want to serve these yummy bites!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dry unseasoned bread crumbs 
  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Bottled honey-mustard sauce

Method

  1. In a large plastic freezer bag, combine crumbs and sesame seeds; set aside. 
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion powder, mustard and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken in mayonnaise mixture, then shake the chicken in the bag with the crumb mixture (5 or 6 pieces at a time).
  4. In a large skillet, fry chicken in batches, turning often. Cook until juices run clear.
  5. Serve with the bottled honey-mustard sauce.

Yield: 8 to 10 servings
