T-Man’s Pheasant Cooked in a Crockpot
A more complicated recipe.
Ingredients
- 4-6pounds of pheasant
- honey
- rice
- apple
- butter
Method
- put the butter at the bottom of the crock pot and spread it around.
- add 3-6 cups of rice and spread evenly.
- cut the apple into little pieces.
- put the apple on top of the rice and spread them evenly.
- then bury the pieces of pheasant into the apple and rice.
- add the honey on top lightly.
- heat at 350 for 3-4 hours.
