T-Man’s Pheasant Cooked in a Crockpot

A more complicated recipe.

Ingredients

  • 4-6pounds of pheasant
  • honey
  • rice
  • apple
  • butter

Method

  1. put the butter at the bottom of the crock pot and spread it around.
  2. add 3-6 cups of rice and spread evenly.
  3. cut the apple into little pieces.
  4. put the apple on top of the rice and spread them evenly.
  5. then bury the pieces of pheasant into the apple and rice.
  6. add the honey on top lightly.
  7. heat at 350 for 3-4 hours.
