Chinese Schezuan

It is a Chinese recipe.

PREP TIME: 10 minutes

COOKING TIME: 10-12 minutes

SERVES: 2

 

Ingredients Required:

·         200 gm paneer, cubed

·         1 tbsp cornflour

·         200 ml vegetable oil

·         1 capsicum, diced

·         1 onion, diced

·         600 ml water

·         1-2 spring onions, chopped

Method:

·         Cut the paneer into small pieces; coat with corn flour and deep fry.

·         Chop and fry the capsicum and the onion for one minute. Add the water and one pack Knorr Chinese Schezuan Recipe Mix.

·         Stir and bring to a boil. Simmer for two minutes.

·         Add fried paneer and cook further for a few minutes or till sauce is thick. Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
