Colorful bread curry

It is a lunch recipe.

Ingredients:

Bread slices-6
Milk-1tbsp
Water-as per requirement
Carrot- 1 (cut into small cube shape)
French beans- 4-5 (cut into small piece)
Onion-2 grated
Ginger- ¼” grated
Garlic-5-6 chopped
Peas (optional)- ½ small bowl (boiled and half crushed)
Gram flour-1 tbsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Turmeric-1/2 tsp or as per taste
Green chillies-2 chopped
Mango powder-1/4tsp
Garam Masala-1/2 tsp
Salt- to taste
Bay leaves-a few
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Peanuts-1/4 small bowl (crushed)
Fat- as per requirement
Cheese (grated)-to garnish
Butter-1 tsp
Fried sliced Onion – to garnish
Coriander leaves-1/2 bowl (chopped)
Tomato (round shape slices)- to garnish

Methods:

•  Soak bread slices in milk and water (½ bowl) solution for 30 seconds. Squeeze slices.
•  Add carrot, gram flour, French beans, peas, mango powder, peanuts, salt, cumin seeds, and green chillies. Mix well. Make a round or oval shape kofta (solid). Fry these koftas and keep a side.
•  Prepare a curry- Heat 1 tbsp fat in deep frying pan. Fry bay leaves for a seconds, add cumin seeds and green chillies. Cook on slow fire for a while.
•  Add onion, ginger and garlic. Cook till golden brown. Add turmeric, coriander powder and a little water. Cook till masala leaves the oil from sides. Add chopped tomatoes. Stir continuously till masala is cooked. Add enough water to make gravy. Add garam masala.
•  Boil for 5-7 minutes till thick gravy is prepared. Remove from heat and dip all koftas in it in serving dish.
•  Garnish it with fried sliced onion, grated cheese, tomato slices and coriander leaves.
