Cooking Fried Rice
How to make fried rice, ingredients and steps.
1. ½ cup of chopped celery
2. ½ cup of cut and sliced carrots
3. 1 cup of sliced pork meat
4. ¼ cup of green onion
5. 2 eggs
6. 2 ½ cup of rice
Steps
1. Turn on heat to high and add 2 table spoons of oil.
2. Add carrots. Mix with oil for about 1 minute.
3. Add both of the eggs. Mix well. Cook for 10 to 20 seconds.
4. Add pork meat. Mix well for 1 minute.
5. Add rice. Turn heat down by a little.
6. Add 2 table spoons of soy sauce.
7. Add 1 table spoon of garlic.
8. Add 1 table spoon of salt.
9. Add 2 table spoons of sugar.
10. Heat up by a little.
11. Put in rest of garnish.
