Apple and Brie Omelette

These delicious apples and brie omelette’s are really good for breakfast. They have the perfect combination of rich sweet flavors, that will wake You right up in the morning. They’re also very healthy and a great way to get part of Your daily serving of meats and fruits.
Ingredients
- 2 apples (peeled, cored and thinly sliced)
- 1oz butter
- 8 eggs
- 2fl oz single cream
- 4oz Brie cheese (crumbled)
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Start by sauteing the apple in half the butter over a medium heat. Then beat together the eggs, cream and salt and pepper, until blended but not frothy. Melt the remaining butter in a frying pan over a high heat, until the foam begins to recede. Next pour in the egg mixture and cook the omelette, beating to lighten but allowing to set on the bottom. Fill with sauteed apples and Brie. Fold or roll, and slide out of the pan onto a heated plate. Serve for breakfast with some lightly buttered toast.
