Baked Corn with Cream Cheese and Green Chilis

This buttery and delicious side dish pairs well with many holiday foods!

 Ingredients:

2 cans shoepeg corn, drained

2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese

1 small can diced green chilis, drained

1 stick butter (you may use less)

1/4 cup milk

Preparation:

In a sauce pan, melt together butter, cream cheese and milk over medium heat, stirring often.   Add drained corn and drained green chilis and combine well.  Pour into casserole dish.  Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 30 minutes.

    interesting,recipeseem to be nice rich and filling, It would have been nice to use the recipe format by setingt the ingredients different from the method don’t you think so?
