Baked Halibut Supreme
- 1 1/2- 2 pounds halibut, in one big piece
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped, green pepper
- Place halibut in a buttered baking dish.
- Brush with lemon juice.
- Sprinkle with salt and peppers.
- Cover with cracker crumbs.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake 1 hour at 350.
- May be served with tossed salad or baked potato.
