Baked Halibut Supreme

  • 1 1/2- 2 pounds halibut, in one big piece
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped, green pepper
  1. Place halibut in a buttered baking dish.
  2. Brush with lemon juice.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and peppers.
  4. Cover with cracker crumbs.
  5. Dot with butter.
  6. Bake 1 hour at 350.
  7. May be served with tossed salad or baked potato.
