Banana Bread Recipe
This banana bread recipe comes from lots of testing different recipes and is my favourite! Hope you like it!
Difficulty: Easy
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour
What you will need: food processor, scales, 1kg loaf tin
Ingredients:
360g wholemeal self raising flour (but use white flour if you want!)
1 large egg
120g sugar
125 ml Milk
3 large ripe bananas
half a tablespoon of salt
50g melted butter
1: preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius
2: Measure all the ingredients and put them all in the food processor. Give the food processor a good whizz so all the ingredients mix together. The mixture will be much wetter than you expect but this is good.
3: Chop the bananas into 1cm pieces and stir into the mixture.
4: add the mixture to the loaf tin and cook in the oven for one hour.
5: allow to cool, and then turn the banana bread out.
6: Serve with some butter!
