Basil Butter

Prefect for the barbecue
Preparation time ca. 10 min.
Ingredients:
- 250 g butter
- 2 handfull fresh basil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt
Preparation:
Take the butter out of the fridge until it is getting soft.
Put the basil leafs into a high bowl, squeeze the garlic into and salt. Mix it short with a hand blender, add the butter. Stir with the hand blender well until smooth. Put everything into a bowl with cup and put it into the fridge.
Fits perfect with toasted bread or the barbecue. It’s very decorative to put the butter for a party into a red paprika. Enjoy!
